France, Egypt seek UNSC meeting on Libya

 French President Francois Hollande and his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi Monday called for an urgent UN Security Council meeting on Libya's security situation and urged adequate measures to halt the ongoing Islamic State (IS) offensive.
