UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon hails inter-Korean dialogue

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon welcomed a high-level dialogue between two sides of the Korean Peninsula, encouraging them to "use the resumed discussions to pave the way for de-escalating the situation" in the region, a media report said on Sunday.
