Singer Justin Bieber snapped at a group of female fans here and refused to get clicked with them.The 21-year-old singer dismissed the group of young girls, who had reportedly waited for hours outside a building in a hope to meet him, and snapped at them before his car pulled away, reports aceshowbiz.com.
