IACHR wants entire Caribbean to follow Suriname’s position on death penalty

IACHR

The Inter-American Commission of Human Rights (IACHR) says it welcome the abolition of the death penalty in Suriname and called all Caribbean nation to take a lesson from Suriname and remove the death penalty of the statute books.
