Mobile services in J&K was hit for an hour: BSNL

BSNL

State-run telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) on Monday said its mobile services remained slightly congested in Jammu and Kashmir circle for one hour due to earthquake.
