Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday spoke to his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif and offered "all possible assistance" following a devastating earthquake there."Expressed condolences on the loss of lives due to the quake. Offered all possible assistance from India," Modi tweeted.
