Writing to fellow Nobel Peace Laureate Aung San Suu Kyi to congratulate her on her party's remarkable victory in the general elections in Myanmar, Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama on Saturday hoped that she will fulfill the aspirations of the people.
