The US president during the meeting raised the issue of Jamaat-ud-Dawa  (JuD), cross border terrorism . He also talked about   the Pakistani doctor who helped the CIA track down al-Qaida chief Osama   bin Laden . How to counter terrorism with global cooperation was discussed. In a joint statement issued after the meeting at   the Oval Office  White House .US President Barack Obama   welcomed recent engagements between Nawaz Sharif and Manmohan Singh.  He hoped all territorial and other disputes would be solved  peaceful.
